Gasthaus Pillhofer - Nuremberg

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station. The kids loved the spacious bathroom, and we appreciated the fridge in the room.

In my wife's opinion, quieter rooms would greatly enhance family stays.

the staff was excellent, the room was modern and newly renovated with a double bed. at the restaurant, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic for exceptional value. the location was excellent and amazing, specially it was walk from a main station which was useful.

Gasthaus pillhofer is just across the street from the train station. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the on-site restaurant added to the experience. It's also close to the start of the christmas market procession.

The hotel was located adjacent to several restaurants, Nuernberg city centre and the Metro, shops and facilities are really near. All of the staff were outstandingly friendly and lovely friendly. We had an excellent stay at this excellent boutique property...

Amicable staff throughout. Breakfast with eggs cooked when ordered and coffee or tea made to order, for example.

Convenience at its best

The location is unbeatable-right across from the train station and just a few minutes from the Old Town. The staff was cute, and my room had a fantastic view of the castle tower.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main train station and popular spots like the New Museum and Hauptmarkt. Upon arrival, I was delighted to check in at the bar, which created a unique welcoming atmosphere. My room was comfortable, and even though there’s no elevator, the stairs led to a cozy and authentic inn experience. I really enjoyed how close it was to explore the charming Old Town.

The restaurant downstairs offered delicious food, though a bit pricey. The noise from the street at night could disrupt sleep, especially with the windows open. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of water and small welcome beer, a thoughtful touch. Great for a quick stay but be ready for stairs and noise.

I loved the cozy restaurant, but my check-in was delayed.

My room was not ready upon arrival, which pushed back my plans. I found the reception hours limiting, as it was closed until noon. Unfortunately, the remote control for the TV did not work, quite disappointing.

The location right near the train station provided excellent transport access and made it easy to explore the area. Enjoying local cuisine from the restaurant downstairs was a highlight, with delicious sliced tropical fruits as a refreshing addition. The room felt a bit cramped despite its cleanliness, and noise from the street was disruptive at night. The lack of common areas limited social interactions, and the old corridors could use some updates.

Super convenient location, just a short walk from the train station! The room was clean and had a fridge which was a nice touch. Shower was awesome-great pressure! One bummer was no breakfast, but tons of nearby restaurants to choose from. Just be ready for some street noise at night if you sleep with the windows open.

Gasthaus pillhofer is just across the street from the train station. The room was clean and spacious enough for my luggage, and the complimentary bottle of water and small beer upon arrival was a nice surprise. The local cuisine was delicious, and the staff was cute.
